Researcher, Biologist and Biomedical Laboratory Technician. In addition to the test tubes and bunzen beaks, however, I like to divide myself between plates, cutlery and mixers. In my family life there are three things that cannot be missing: dogs, pizza and the happiness of sharing it with my husband (as long as he also shares his pizza with me). I am Sommelier of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sommelier of Wine. Given my Apulian origins, I believe that there is a bit of Coratina in my blood.

As Digital Marketing Manager I always "travel" around the web discovering fantastic stories of men, lands and products. By sharing (and boring) their thousand anecdotes with my wife I managed to make her fall in love with the wine (and me) before she cheated on me with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. As a Wine Sommelier I already had enough thoughts in my head to choose the right food wine pairing, now that I have to choose the Evo Oil too, I have to hurry, otherwise I will reduce myself to eating only cold dishes.
