Salmon Bagel with Onion, Orange and EVO Oil

200g smoked salmon
2 oranges
1 red onion
1 tbs dill
2 tsp wildflower honey
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
30 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
EVO Oil to taste

Salmon Bagel – Directions

  1. Peel the oranges, slice and season them with an emulsion of EVO oil, honey, dill, salt and pepper;
  2. In a non-stick pan, brown the sliced ​​onion with EVO oil and sugar over high heat. After 2 minutes, add the soy sauce, mix it and turn the heat off;
  3. Cut the bagels in half and season them with extra virgin olive oil;
  4. Fill the bagels in with your salmon, orange and onion; add EVO oil and pepper to taste.
