Extra Virgin Olive Oils Pairings
What are the best extra virgin olive oils for this Salmon Bagel “Bruschetta”?
To achieve balance, we must consider three key aspects: the distinctive aroma of the smoked salmon, the acidity of the orange, and the sweetness of the caramelized onion; that is why we decided to combine the following EVOOs with this bruschetta, to give different shades of flavors to the dish, and to well combine all the ingredients together (read more about it on our Olive Oil Pairings method):
Danae by Depalo – this EVOO gives the preparation hints of green citrus and aromatic tones which make it perfect in combination with salmon and onion; it also boosts the feeling of final cleanness in the mouth, preparing the palate each time for the next bite.
Cerasuola by Mandranova – Cerasuola EVOO enriches the preparation with tomato and green citrus notes of flavours which make the final taste of the dish unique and balanced.
